I'm a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina helping clients in the Triad and surrounding areas with their real estate wants and needs. I am originally from New York. I have been in the real estate industry for 10+ years. I’ve obtained my broker-in-charge eligibility designation along with pricing strategy advisor, and digital marketing techniques.
I strategically choose courses that will enhance my education, negotiation skills, and expertise along with updates on any ethical and professional changes in the real estate industry. I’ve developed a system to assist buyers and sellers with a comprehensive approach to understand the process from start to finish. As a listing agent, representing Sellers, my job is to market, negotiate, and sell their property to net them the most money possible. As a buyer’s agent, representing Buyers, my job is to find the right property and negotiate a deal yielding the least amount of money out of their pocket.
