I have been in the real estate industry for 10+ years. I’ve obtained my broker-in-charge eligibility designation along with pricing strategy advisor, and digital marketing techniques.

I strategically choose courses that will enhance my education, negotiation skills, and expertise along with updates on any ethical and professional changes in the real estate industry. This strengthens my ability to navigate through the most challenging situations and better equip my clients for success.

I’ve developed a system to assist buyers and sellers with a comprehensive approach to understand the process from start to finish. As a listing agent, representing Sellers, my job is to market, negotiate, and sell their property to net them the most money possible. As a buyer’s agent, representing Buyers, my job is to find the right property and negotiate a deal yielding the least amount of money out of their pocket. While serving in these roles, I’m managing task for a seamless and efficient transaction. My integrity and ethical principles drive me to represent my clients with top notch service.
